Site signage for Luc De Beir + Architecten
A building site deserves to look good too – certainly in a resort as fashionable as Knokke-Heist. For Luc De Beir + Architecten, we handled the site signage for two construction projects with a series of aluminium composite panels that bring architecture and branding together in a stylish setting.
Large format, strong presence
The signage consisted of 3 mm aluminium composite panels in a range of sizes, including four large panels measuring up to 230 × 145 cm, printed single-sided in full colour and finished with gloss lamination. A durable choice for outdoor use that gives the colours of the illustrations extra depth. The result goes well beyond the average site banner.
Metallic red as a refined accent
On the 100 × 145 cm panels we added one more layer of finishing: metallic red vinyl for logos, text and illustrative elements. Plotter-cutting, weeding, applying the transfer tape and mounting it all carefully – every step done with an eye for detail. And it is precisely that embellishment that gives the panels their high-end look and feel.
On site, too, every detail counts
In a setting like Knokke-Heist, communication is allowed a little more cachet. The combination of large-format print, gloss lamination and metallic vinyl makes the class these projects are aiming for visible even while the building work is still under way.
We translated that ambition into print that is technically sound and visually convincing.
